Step 1 - Specify who you want to honor and what your relationship is to that person.

In this step you also get to pick from a list of admirable qualities and you simply click a check-box of the ones that you believe fit that person. Then you can either upload a picture or we've provided for you a bunch of pictures fitting various types of honors.

Step 3 - You can choose to copy people on the honor before you send it and you can make the honor public or private - now you're done.
