Most all of us have special people in our lives who have made a difference.  We have a desire to honor them, tribute them, thank them, and remember them.  In this article we are going to help you identify the special people in your life who are deserving of honor and tribute and we will show you how to honor those people.

Reasons to Honor Someone

A friend of mine sends out a regular update email on inspiring topics.  Today, I received his latest in which he shared a Story about a 3x5 card his friend gave to him which told him he was doing a great job.  My friend wrote how much this one sentence on a notecard meant to him.  He has had it taped to his computer screen for FOUR years and he looks at it EVERY day.  He wrote how honored he felt about this gesture.
 
This simple example so clearly shows why it is so special to honor someone.

How to honor a teacher

Our family has 2 daughters and we've been attending the same school since they went through Kindergarten.  We've been blessed with some great teachers- teachers who have become friends- and teachers who have become part of the fabric of our family.  When I think of the impact some of our teachers have made on my children's lives my heart is strangely warmed.  I know these teachers know how much they mean to my children and my family - but even so, I think we've been remiss in giving them a lasting memorial, a tribute, an honor to say thank you with carefully chosen words th
