Shipping

All orders have $6.00 shipping – for standard delivery. Yes, it's true even for multiple item orders! Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is $15.00.

Cancellation policy

If an order is placed Monday-Friday on the site and you need to cancel simply email by 9:30pm Central Time the same business day. Include the reason for cancellation, your name, phone number, date the order was placed, and your order number. We will cancel the order and contact you to credit your credit card.

Return / Replacement policy

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If you contact us within 21 days from the date of order about any issues we will work with you to make it right. We will replace anything damaged or lost in shipping and if there is a quality or satisfaction issue with the order you received from us we will work with you to do a like-for-like replacement. Please note that our jewelry is hand-made and variation is to be expected and is part of the charm! Need to change your mind on an order?
